Returns

Items are eligible for refund if requested within 7 days of delivery and postmarked back to us within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and prior authorization is required for all returns. 

Items marked final sale and sample sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale, and do not expire. All store credit is final.

1. Korea Domestic Orders

Please submit a return request through the Returns Portal. We will arrange the return shipping via CJ Logistics once your request is approved.

A flat return shipping cost of USD 3 applies and will be deducted from your refund. 

2. International Orders

Please submit a return request through the Returns Portal. We will send you a return label once your request is approved.  

The return shipping cost may vary by country and will be deducted from your refund. See rates here.

Refunds

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. 

To be eligible for refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in its original packaging, with all original tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded. If you return items that were eligible for free shipping, initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund together with the return shipping cost. 

Refunds for store credit are final. We do not offer price adjustments.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are available for even exchanges if requested within 7 days of delivery and postmarked back to us within 10 days of delivery. Round-trip shipping fees are applicable to exchanges. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. We offer one complimentary even exchange for customers in Korea. To submit an exchange request, please email support@evloseoul.com with your 1) order number and 2) exchange request.

For uneven exchanges, we recommend returning your item for store credit then placing a new order for your desired item.

Please note we are unable to guarantee stock availability for any exchanges, and all exchanges for store credit are final. If you return your exchange, you will be refunded with store credit. Please email support@evloseoul.com if you need assistance with your exchange.

Order Changes

We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@evloseoul.com asap with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with the item you received, please send an email to support@evloseoul.com including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Please return any defective items back to us within 30 days of receiving your label for a refund. Return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be waived for incorrect or defective items.
