Domestic Orders within Korea

Shipping Fees

• Orders under USD 77: Shipping fee USD 3
• Orders USD 77 or above: Free shipping
• Jeju Island and remote areas: Additional USD 3

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days (Free for orders over $77)

Please allow extra transit time for orders going to Jeju island and other remote areas. 

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

All shipping times are estimates. We are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines. All items take between 24-48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Orders

Evlo applies fixed shipping rates based on destination country or region.

Free shipping thresholds vary by region

All international shipments are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), except for USA orders

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient

Estimated Delivery Times

• International Standard: 3 to 12 business days, but may vary due to customs inspection, clearance delays, weather, freight schedules, or local courier conditions.

• We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Please allow 24-48hrs processing time before shipping, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Please enter your address in English. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the reshipment fee.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Korea. Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees, except for USA orders. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery, and we would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order. If there are any fees to be paid our courier will contact you for further payment prior to delivery.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you think your package is lost, email us at support@evloseoul.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note that Evlo is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.

Preorders

Items available for preorder will be clearly marked. We will do our best to deliver your item by the estimated ship date, and will keep you notified of any changes.

If you have both in-stock and preorder items in your order, they will be fulfilled together when the preorder item is available. Please email us if you’d like to ship items separately and we will try to accommodate.
