This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on evloseoul.com are processed, shipped, and delivered. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

The payment currency on evloseoul.com is USD.
All products are shipped from Evlo’s warehouse in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
Domestic and international deliveries follow different procedures as described below.
2. Shipping Fees
Evlo applies fixed shipping rates based on destination country or region.
Updated rates can be found on the Shipping Rates page.
Domestic Shipping (Korea):

International Shipping:

All international shipments are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) unless stated otherwise

3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed as promptly as possible after payment confirmation.
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, but additional time may be required for inventory checks, export documentation, logistics workload, holidays, or carrier scheduling.
Tracking details are sent after dispatch and may take up to 24 hours to activate.
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be returned.
Re-delivery costs due to address issues are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Korea): 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, or 3 to 7 days for remote areas.
International Shipping: Typically 3 to 12 business days, but may vary due to customs inspection, clearance delays, weather, freight schedules, or local courier conditions.
5. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
Orders may return to Evlo due to recipient unavailability, address issues, unpaid duties, refused delivery, or customs restrictions.
If returned, round-trip shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, and return processing fees will be deducted from the refund based on actual costs incurred.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
For lost or damaged shipments, contact support@evloseoul.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt. Claims after 7 days may be limited.
Once marked Delivered by the carrier, Evlo is generally not responsible for theft, loss, or damage. We will assist within the limits of the carrier investigation process.
7. Address Changes and Order Modifications
Address or order changes cannot be guaranteed after checkout.

No modifications are possible after the order has shipped.
