Return and refund policy

This policy governs returns, refunds, and order changes for purchases made on evloseoul.com. By placing an order, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility and Period
Returns are accepted only if:

  • You submit a return request within 7 days from the delivery date; and

  • Your return shipment is handed over to the carrier within 10 days from the delivery date (based on postal stamp or carrier receipt).

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and components, including dust bags, accessories, and attached tags.

All returns require prior approval.

2. Domestic Orders (Korea)
To initiate a return, please submit a request via the Returns Portal. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through CJ Logistics and provide further instructions.

A return shipping fee of USD 3 applies to domestic returns and will be deducted from your refund.

3. International Orders
For international orders, please submit a return request via the Returns Portal. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email.

4. Refund Process and Deductions

Once the returned item arrives at our fulfillment center, its condition will be inspected in accordance with our internal quality assessment standards. The inspection process may take up to 5 business days.

After the inspection is completed, we will request cancellation of the payment with the relevant payment service provider (such as the credit card company or payment gateway) within 3 business days. The actual completion of the refund may require additional time depending on each payment institution’s processing procedures.

In accordance with Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the refund amount may be reduced or the return may be rejected in the following cases.
The assessment of the item’s condition will be made based on Evlo’s inspection criteria.

  • The product value has decreased due to signs of wear, washing, stains, tears, stretching, odors, or similar damage

  • Missing components, packaging materials, or attached tags

  • Any other case where the product is deemed to have significantly lost value

If a return is ultimately rejected, the item will be reshipped to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer does not wish to have the item returned, Evlo may store it for 30 days and subsequently dispose of it.

Original shipping fees, insurance charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Even if the original order qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping fee may be deducted from the refund if the return causes the final purchase amount to fall below the free-shipping threshold.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or items.
If you wish to change size or style, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one.

To cancel your order, please contact us at support@evloseoul.com asap with your 1) order number and 2) cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a refund through the standard return process.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date with photos clearly showing the issue, via support@evloseoul.com.

Defective or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days from the date we request the return. In such cases, return shipping fees and the original shipping fee will not be charged.
